p0400 is your egr valve that would have nothing to do with your sound system it just ithier needs to be cleaned or replaced there are lots of videos on the internet on how to clean the egr valve for your lights dimming when people install sound system sometimes the system requires more power than the car can produce most of the time they will install a larger alternator, a second alternator the best way to find out of the sound system is draining your battery is to take an amp clamp put it on your possitive cable on your battery read the amp's with the system off then on . then look up your alternator and find out how many amps it produces if your draw is more than that it produces you might need a bigger alternator but then again i think they make a device to help reduce how much the system draws i can't remember what its called but it kinda looks like a pipe with a digital reader on the side .
