Hey I got the rotor to come off. I took it to school today and stuck it inside the vise and pulled up on it as hard as I could with vise grips. They ate the plastic up and I kept breaking pieces off and I finally popped it off with the best stainless steel butcher knife I have. I see that the screw that holds the shaft on won't come off. I tried using a 2.4 V electric drill, but I don't believe that's strong enough.

I am not sure which bolt you are referring to. I have a distributor in my garage and will look at it tonight.

I guess you did have some oil getting in there and it made everything stick. My tool of choice would be a manual impact driver, the type you tap with a hammer.

Everything had oil on it. I got continuity when I checked everything. I cleaned it up and I will order the parts later on.

The oil leaks past old, worn, perished o-rings &/or seals.

All the pictures I have seen show only the large o-ring on the outside of the base. This one should keep oil form leaking to the outside. But there should be another seal on the shaft of the distributor which should keep the oil from getting to the inside of the distributor.
