I've had my 1995 Mazda Protege for 16 years and within the past 2 years I've had some idle speed problems. Some times the idle speed gets so low that the engine wants to stall and other times it runs too high. I try changing it with the idle speed screw but it doesn't seem to help. Is there another reason why it fluctuates like that?
