hi i just bought this truck 1993 mada b2600 4x4 5spd it had a blown muffler when i bought it had it fixed when i let it idle for too long it starts runnig rough then when u give it gas its like its flooded u have to play with tthe gas pedal to get it to run right

it does this at low rpm's and i can barely use 5th gear on the highway
everytime i shift gears till the rpm's crank up a lil i have no power

any help would be appreciated i know its probly not a big ting but just dont wanna replace good parts cause some of em are expensive

it kinda feels like an o2 sensor in wasy but in other wasy it dosnt any help appreciated
