I found an MX-6 for what seems like a sweet deal on ebay (i think 5000 if i negotiate maybe cheaper, what do you think? it only has 57,000 miles).

I want to know what is the true price to own for this car if I get it serviced at the dealership or some garage. Are the parts mad expensive?

What year, engine, options,trim level? I do not consider my Mazda to be very expensive to mantain, but I do this type of work for a living. Mine has been trouble free, and have owned it since 9/05.

I looked it up on kelly blue book online...kbb.com for my TX zip code and it had three values. I looked under private party values. The price ranges from $3625 - $4510 depending on condition with 57000 miles and with an auto trans.

 

the mx 6 is cheap to repare if you are doing it ive owned 2 now and torchered them the key thing is to get the parts from the ford probes cause the parts are the same klze motors. if you blow up your motor $500 for a low mile probe motor at most any wrecking yard and there everywhere unlike the mx 6 parts off them are super cheap to you can get most parts for a $10 dollar bill good luck if you buy this
