So I have a 1993 mx6 I am restoring. The interior needs a lot of panels replaced because of cracking. I have been searching online for a while now and can't seem to find anywhere to find these panels. Also, my dash has the carpet cover and I don't want that. Do I have to replace the whole dash or is there a different way to get the original plastic non carpet dash? Any advice/ help would be appreciated!

 

You will need to ring some car breakers or look for any cars listed online that say spares or repairs there's a chance youll find someone that wouldn't mind selling you the odd few parts.

As for the interior I own a mx3 I'm new to the mazda scene so i don't have a clue what the difference is or what your looking for but just keep on looking on the usual sites once a week you cant do much more than that.. failing that look for a wrecked mx6 and use it for parts.

I know there are mfg of dash covers that just slip over the original. These are mostly for older US cars but maybe there are some for the MX6 as well. I don't know much more than that but it is a lead.
