Yes you are in the right spot. There should be three rows of fuses in the fuse box. Two very long ones and one short. Were the 2 10 amp fuses in the short row? If so those are for the high beam headlights. In the long row right next to that short one you will notice that at one end there are three empty fuse slots. Right next to the empty slots will be two 15 amp fuses followed by another empty slot. Those two 15 amp fuses are for the low beam headlights. The fuse more to the outside is for left side and one more to the inside is for the right side.

Well thanks babyheuy finally got those turn signals changed. you are right how have to have small hands or take the car in to do any kind of bulb change LOL. not too user friendly. Thank you for all your help. This is the best place for answers. THANKS AGAIN.
