Default No sound from tweeters?

I have a 2006 Mazda MPV LX. There's no sound coming out of the tweeters. I tried both factory head unit and an after market head unit. Also, I swapped out the passenger tweeter with an aftermarket CDT tweeter + pac bb4pr 1.2khz 4ohm (bass blocker). This aftermarket tweeter+bass blocker set up worked on my 2003 MPV LX, which didn't have factory tweeters but had a dongle under the tweeter cap that I spliced into.

Anyone else have this issue or know why there's no sound coming out of the tweeters? I'm assuming the factory radio harness splits the left front and right front inputs to the fronts and tweeters so I was thinking maybe the tweeters aren't wired to harness, but why would there have been factory tweeters installed?

Thanks!

I would run new wiring from your head unit to the tweeter.

Thanks! I'll see how tricky it'll be to fish a line to the tweeters
