Default Installing factory radio

I have a 2014 Cx5 that has the factory bose sound system. Before I bought the car someone installed a pioneer aftermarket head unit, I am trying to convert it back to factory. I found a factory unit on eBay (exact same part #) and installed it. Now everything works but the audio. Nav, Bluetooth, satellite radio, cd, backup camera seems to be all working fine. Is there something I could have missed when uninstalling the aftermarket unit and installing the factory unit that caused the audio to not work?

When you say the Audio doesn't work, what do you mean? Reception? Sound? Display?

By no Audio, I mean no sound. Everything on the display works correctly.

Its plugged in a getting power but I’m not sure if it’s turning on, there’s no indication that it is. I checked the fuses for it and checked that it’s getting power with a test light. I’m starting to think the amp is bad.

Might be why the previous owner replaced the head unit.
