MPV Immobilizer

Default MPV Immobilizer
The immobilizer is preventing the car from starting and the dealer wants to replace the PCM, the key coil and the immobilizer unit for a total of $927. Since this car is not high on the to steal list Iam interested in removing the immobilizer system. What does this require?
