when i pull the interior lever, the gas tank door doesn't open. I'M ALMOST OUT OF GAS! any idea of what is wrong/how to fix? or at least, how to open until i can get it repaired?

 

Have not experienced this yet, as I just purchased mine last week. But, have you tried having a second person pull up on the fuel door release lever and while they have the lever in the pulled up position try gently prying out on the fuel door with aplastic knife or similar, so as to not scratch your paint in anyway.

Also, do not pry very hard. My thought is, is maybe the little spring that kicks the fuel door open may not be kicking the door open even though the latch may be released?

Thank you! It's such a simple idea but one that didn't come to me. It worked. I filled my tank. Now, to see about making sure it doesn't happen again...
