I'm trying to find a cabin air filter for a 2002 Mazda MPV ES, some places show a two piece filter (rigid), others list a single square air filter (floppy).
The current cabin air filter is a single square piece (floppy), is the two piece (rigid) an better/upgrade to the original air filter?

 

The original appears to be two piece , you can save money and cut a house air filter to fit, same stuff.
