2008 MPV fuel economy

2008 MPV fuel economy
I am currently getting around 7km/l (14.2 l/100km), which is nowhere near what Mazda claims.
I did an OBD2 check and could find no errors on the ECU.
Any ideas as to what could be causing this?
I am using 95/98 octane fuel.
