Default 2002 MPV rear heat

Hello I just purchased a 2002 MPV with 92,000mi in mint condition the only problem is there is no heat blowing in the rear vents any help would be greatful I have tried to find the shop manual online but cant find the right one thanks for the help

Are you getting hot coolant thru the rear pipes under the floor?

I was looking online and found that it says the heater hoses run up in the passenger rear wheel well and are insulated so if that is them than they are cold but I’m not sure if those are heater or ac lines
