yes. you fill your tank up. You reset the odometer to zero. Drive for a while. Re-fill your tank. Take the number of miles you've driven since you reset divided by the number of gallons of gasoline you put in the second time.

 

Hello: I own a 1996 2.3 and I monitor my fuel economy....I get 21 to24 in town and 29 to 31 on the interstate... I am 65 years young and I have a very light foot on the throttle... I just love the car.. have a nice day...
