I an hearing a screeching sound and a click click ckick,it sounds as if the hazard light is on and it's comming from the dash cluster.itmakes all the lights on the dash starts flashing and the vechile drive like there is something wrong with the transmission but when I plug out the cluster it drives perfectly.I changed the cluster and it still doing the same thing.can anyone help me please.

 

Cluster as in instrument cluster? Sounds more like the combo switch or related.
