Default 03 mpv chugging and lurching

i have an 03 mpv with about 190000km on it and its decided to give me a run for my money. i have done plugs, coils, injectors and 02 sensor( bank 1 sensor 1 ). none of this has solved the issues with the van. i don't have any codes up at this time yet the van is still running very rough when warmed up, it idles at below 1000 rpm (since i changed tho 02 sensor) and wants to stall when in gear. if someone has any suggestions i would appreciate it.thanks

Have you checked for vacuum leaks or intake leaks? Spray starting fluid VERY CAREFULLY around the intake manifold, intake tubes and any vacuum lines you see, if you hit a spot where there is a leak the idle will climb with the added fuel. Doing this does pose the risk of an engine fire if the starting fluid ignites, use short quick sprays and wait a few seconds between sprays to let the liquid evaporate and the vapors dissipate.

How did the spark plugs look like? Were they black?

I am thinking the computer may not know that the engine has warmed up and keeps the mixture rich. There is an engine coolant temperature sensor. It may be disconnected, faulty or plain dirty on the inside.

Did you clean the MAF sensor?
Did you clean the EGR system?
Did you check the fuel pressure?

I am just rounding up the usual suspects.
