03 MPV bucks at idle/lean condition

Default 03 MPV bucks at idle/lean condition
My 03 MPV is "bucking" at idle. I went to Checker for a diagnostic and they said the O2 sensor was reading a "lean condition". Any ideas? Thanks!!!

Also, it only registered on the "right bank" P0171 I believe
