2002 2.3S 53K miles.
The car has recently developed a metalic TapTapTapTapTapTap rattle noise when turning over uneven pavement, changing direction or stopping.. It sounds like something is loose under the rear of the car. There is also a strange squeak which you can hear at slow speeds, but which does not appear to be speed sensitive. Aplication of the brakes does not make it go away. Any ideas? Thanks, any help would be appreciated.
