Default overheating and no driver side fan

had my '02 millenia in shop for no a/c ! Shop tech found "rubbed" wires and repaired and got compressor to "kck" in, Then.. there was no cold a/c at stop light due to the right side fan not working and the actual blade was "melted" onto the motor shaft. All these parts replaced but still no Drivers side fan operation. Now vehicle is overheating in and at stops or congested traffic .........HELP PLEASE

here is what a REAL shop would do. first, after they repair the car, they road test it to make sure the repair fixes the problem. looks like they didnt do that, plus there is no way they would not see the fan motor not work, unless he/she was a complete idiot. if the compressor "kicks" in, BOTH fans operate. the "tech" would have to be deaf and blind to not see/hear the fans kick in. a REAL shop would guarantee the work, and they owe you a proper repair, NO CHARGE. if they refuse, sue. and find a REAL shop. you might want to check your fan relays, one might be fubar. you can switch them with another, and see if the fan comes on. if it does, another strike against your shop. but i think the overheating is another problem
