Default The dreaded p1525 code

So I know the deal with the p1525 code, abv solenoid going bad. Just had the vacuum lines replaced about 3 years ago so i seriously doubt those are throwing the code. I have both the vent and vacuum abv solenoids and plan on replacing the old ones, but I've heard conflicting stories on their replacement. Does the manifold or the CAC assembly have to come off to get to these guys?? Or is this a fairly simple fix with no major disassembly? Really trying to avoid having to go to mechanic to take care of these guys. Also a pic would be nice if anyone has one.

i KNOW the intake dont come off. iirc, just disconnect a lot of the connectors back there, and there are a couple of bolts that hold the bracket on. there are 4 solenoids in a row, and they clamp on. look at your replacments, and you will see. removing them is kinda tricky, because of the lack of clearance. i used a very small screwdriver, lift up the locking tab, and slide the solenoid out. if the "new" solenoids are used, you'd best ohm them to make sure they are good.
