Default Cylinder 5 compression
Just bought a 2001 Mazda millenia with a 2.3L supercharged V6. Cylinder 5 has no compression at all and sounds like it has piston slap or rod knock. Any common problems I should know about? Any ideas why cylinder 5 would not have compression but oil looks clean and exhaust looks normal

Some thing major has failed. Time to either scap the car or find a secondhand engine.
