Default 2000 Millenium

Thanks for your info Rockoe. I can't wait to get home from vacation and go to work on my car. I own a small carlot and bought mine at auction. It has less than 120,000 miles on it. Right away I had to put 2 coil packs on it and then the abv codes came on. The car drives great until you're on the road and gun it then it dies. I'm hoping I just have to replace some lines. I bought the car for a customer and don't want to put a bunch of money in it that I can't recoup. Any suggestions where to get a abv solenoid at a decent price?

I would go over the vacume lines first. The manuals at www.milleniatech.net are very helpful in testing the selonoid. Go to the documents section and the 1996 manual covers all the miller cycle engines. I think 1995 is a little different. I think most on this forum use TASCA for their part and they seem to have resonable prices. www.tascaparts.com. I have been lucky and have had only vacume line problems with my 96S.

hey i just read this page, but what was wrong with your car? I have a 1997 mazda millenia 2.5, i have intermittent no-starts on warm starts. starts up 100% on cold starts though. rpm's fluctuate, and tcs light come one. I changed the distributor, spark plug wires, spark plugs, fuel filter, air filter, o2 sensors, camshaft sensor, and still it wont start sometimes on a warm start. Today i noticed the IAC valve was making noise when the car was off and it wouldnt start. ANY IDEAS?
