Recently bought a millenia s and while looking under the hood there was piping that looked like it should be connected to something but i dont know. Its right next to the firewall.

Not quite sure where the vac hose goes to cause there are literally a million solenoids and vac "T's" on the s model. The cracked park is just the timing belt cover and poses no problem

that is not a part of the vacuum system. it appears to be a part that is used on a non usa car, since the millenia was also imported to europe(xedos) and australia(eunos?). some of the cars had rear wheel steering, and that part may be used for that. you can unbolt it and toss it if you like, but getting it out is almost not worth the effort

 

ken inn is right, the open pipe is a crossover tube for the vacuum brake booster on right hand drive models.
