That's for you to find out. Actually my advise should have been "investigate the ignition switch" or investigate the starter and ignition circuits. The problem could be caused by bad contacts or by chafed wires.
A good way to find these things is voltage drop testing: Voltage Drop Testing
Try to have fun doing this!

yes the whole car was a problem. what I had thought was the problem before the tranaxle/ tansmission went out was that it was not gettin enough ground
but once the tranny problems started and it would just grind I said **** it **** this ****ing car its a piece of **** with wonderful lines and curves and great leather but its not worth it!!!
if the place we bought it off of don't fix it considering we have had it less than a month then we are claiming it in bankruptcy. we got the car being told it was reliable and we wanted to work on building our credit after the bankruptcy. however this thing is beautiful I cant see being almost 8000 in debt for it if its not going to be a good car for even a month and yea I know but thats what buying from a place called Anycredit will do for ya! high risk banks

I don't know how long you've had it but 165,000 is extremely well for a millenia car that is #5 on the car problem list! Don't even know if supercharger parts are even available anymore.
It's time to "sell 'er and buy wine"!
I personally wouldn't buy a high mileage car as you never know how it was maintained----i'd be changing all fluids, new plugs, wires, cleaning egr, throttle etc.

Another point to add: do not buy a car with any special mechanical or electronic features. I mean avoid miller cycle engines, turbos, superchargers, variable this and that's, drive by wire pedals. Go for a run of the mill simple designed car. Forget about sexy lines. You need to get your financials in good shape. That should be your tunnel vision focus.
You could probably get Ford Crown Victoria for cheap. Whatever you buy have it checked by a mechanic before you sign the dotted line.
