I have an 01 Millenia and the power tilt is not working. It was working intermitenly but now is stuck up. The auto feature and the manual tilt button do not work in either directions. I can hear a relay clicking when I try to adjust manually but nothing happens.
I also seem to have an issue with the driver side heated seat the switch doesnt light up like the passenger switch does is it just a bad switch? It seems crazy that an 01 Millenia with 65000 miles on it should be having these electrical issues! I guess it the price you pay for all these gadgets more stuff to break.

 

I had the same problem with my 97. Ended up having the dealer replace the motor and it's worked fine since. Shouldn't be too hard to find a motor at a salvage yard and DIY though....
