i have an 02 mx5 miata and i was just wondering if anyone knows if theres a gas light? i've yet to see one and i don't want to think that i have one and keep driving until i see it go on and then come to find out i dont and be stuck on the side of the road. thanks!!

Don't know if an '02 has one, but my "95 doesn't. You could always put a can of gas in the trunk and drive it out.

 

I'm guessing that they all have one, but that you're either smart enough not to push it, or that it's burned out hehe.

 

The low fuel indicator light was not added until the 2003 model year. You don't have one.

Edit: Heh. Just realized how old the original post was. At least this info will show up in future searches.

 

No offense intended, but at least search Google to verify your advice before you give it. Misinformation = [:@] Not trying to give you a hard time, but you are a Mazda technician and giving out completely incorrect advice.

 

Just put gas in it once you get to the E.
