Also, as I found out when my 323 sat for months, if it sits for a long time the rotors/drums will really really really rust right under the pads/shoes causing a nasty vibration and sound when used due to the heavy rust, my 323 still has horrible sounding and vibrating rear brakes but they work good, sometimes too good and like to lock up in back. In any case I think its time you just get new rotors, they arent that expensive and most cars need them replaced anyways every brake service since they are so thin nowadays to save weight.
