I purchased my Mazda CX 9 on April 2015 from Sharjah (UAE) show room as a brand new vehicle. The vehicle has currently done 93000 kms.


Since of late, I have faced series of defects and some of them are still unable resolve by the manufacture or the local dealer Galadhari Automobile.

First service done on 21/04/2015

Warranty claim (1) 15/04/2016 Side mirror assembly replaced


Warranty claim (2) 14/07/2016 Water pump replaced

Warranty claim many tiles due to side mirror defect.



Warranty claimed due to main CPU defect.



Warranty claim several times due to FOW sensor defects - Still existing.



Warranty claim due to deferential issue.

I have contacted Manufacture Japan even and they have unable give me professional/technical solution till date other than replacing the defective parts which is temporary solution.

This is most unreliable vehicle ever I have used in my life comparing Toyota, Nissan and Honda.
