Hood release not working Can't open Hood!
The hood will not open on my 07 CX9. The cable is attached to the hood release **** and I can hear it moving in the engine compartment, I assume it let go at the release mechanism.
Removed the lower engine compartment shroud and reached up inside and cannot feel the mech to release. Can anyone help with any options on how I can get the hood open.
BTW- The local Mazda dealer has not heard of this before.
