Honeymoon is Over?
I am happy with the purchase of my CX-9 but... I am frustrated that some features can't be changed. For example I want to see my phone's cell coverage not the next intersection on the display. Can't do it! I was disappointed to read on this forum that some of the owners frustrations with the radio from 2014 are still there! I am referring to the fact that the dashboard loads contacts and such from scratch each time! My Highlander did a sync updates.
Also having a hard time getting an answer from Mazda as to where I submit errors in maps. Coming home from the dentist the nav system wants me to make a left turn where it is not permitted.

Hopefully it is only a lull in the honeymoon. Cars are like a marriage. You have to take the entire package. I was frustrated with some similar things with my 2019 Mazda3. My biggest frustrations were based on things that worked better in my old 3. Once I adapted to the flaws I could focus on the reason I would never drive anything else (The driving dynamics that aren’t matched by anything short of a BMW costing twice as much.)
Enjoy your new Mazda, flaws and all.

so I will use your quote and change a couple of things because all in all thought it was spot on!
