On my Malibu when I unlock the doors the headlights come on for a set amount of time. I've been trying to figure out if my wife's CX9 has this option also and it's just gotten turned off. I've been through the manual and I can't find where it talks about it. Does anyone know if this is this possible to turn on? Thanks for your help.

 

I use the parking brake to make sure lights don't come on for easier starting.
Do you use yours? maybe don't apply it!
