Pick which upgrade you think does the best for the car.

 

"New tires" isn't an exterrior upgrade, new rims are though. I think they look best, thne the HIDs are a close 2nd.

 

Start with a nice set of rims, and then a good sound system.

In my opinion this is my order of opinion:

4.HID headlights
5.New Rims
6.New tires (18 or 19)
1.Tail lights upgrade
7.Shark fin antenna
8.Window Tinting
10.Colors brake calipers
2.Subwoofer and/or Tweeters
3.StreetGlow or underbody lights
9.Blue LEDs in dash controls (i.e. Radio)

 

New tires is not an exterrior upgrade and (18 or 19) doesn't make sense that'd be rim size. XD

 

i think he meant to say to get new tires on whatever rim was chose (either 18 or 19 sizes).

It's still an upgrade to the exterior of the car. The post doesn't say "What's the best asthetic only interior/exterior upgrade".
