Default Doing Something Wrong with My Nav System

Had my 2020 CX-9 in for service in October. They said my maps were up to date. I put the York PA County Court house address and and the system did not find it. Entered a friends address across town (the house has been there for more than 20 years) and the system could not find it. Today I entered my doctor's address (been at that location for 2 years) and the system could not find the address? What am I doing wrong? I can't believe that so many addresses are not in the database.

Also, I wanted the best route to my local post office. I searched for post offices and it found ones many miles away but did not find my local ones. I thought that my 2015 Toyota Highlander had a bad navigation system. Looks expert compared to Mazda unless (and I hope) that I am doing something wrong.

I couldn’t find the York County Post Office on Market Street. (York PA as well)

I tend to use Waze when I need to get somewhere and the Mazda system other times.

Default For me Getting Close to Never...

using the Mazda navigation system. I really can't believe a major car company would have such a poor dashboard. What's also amazing is that years ago the "Short comings" reported on this Forum are still in existence. For example, instead of re-sync the contacts and favorite channels, and destinations it loads from scratch. So instead of taking seconds to reach a working point it takes minutes. Go figure.
