Default Can't reset my oil change light

Hi,
I understand that there is already a thread on this information. However, after going through it I still couldn't reset my light.
Some information about my car it is a CX-9 B AWD, clocking in at 30,000km, manufactured 02/21, located in Australia.
My car corresponds to the vehicle shown in this video:
.
I followed the steps in this video: Menu --> information --> Vehicle Status Monitor --> Vehicle Maintenance Settings
However, after clicking into Vehicle Maintenance Settings I could not see the 'Reset Service Interval' button which should have been there. I only had the options Next Service Date, Set Next Service Distance and Set Next Service Date. We brought it to a mechanic who used an OBD to scan and clear all error codes and after doing so, this Oil Change Due light was still there.

Is there something wrong with the programming of my car? Also any solutions to removing the Oil Change Due light as it has been there for a while.

Much appreciated!

If you click one of the "next" buttons, what then shows? Try the "Next Service Distance."

CX-9 also has "Oil Data" that needs to be reset.
