Default 2016 CX-9 Screen Distortion

Has anyone had the same issues with the screen on the infotainment system? The two bottom corners have clouded over yet it's on the inside of the glass not outside (see photo)? Took it to my local dealer who took photographs and Mazda have rejected replacing the screen (but thankfully not the faulty seat belt alert that consistently goes off when there is no one in the chair &#128580.

I think it's covered under an extended warranty for 2016 model.

The dealership can only do a warranty repair on parts the manufacturer has told them that they'll pay for. Try reaching out to Mazda Australia and let us know what they say. https://www.mazda.com.au/owners/help-and-support/

Hey, North American Mazda drivers...check the great new things our Aussie friends can get. How about a Mazda pickup truck, a lot like a Honda Ridgeline with added Mazda Zoom. And the, "First-Ever Mazda MX-30 Electric coming soon with an exhilarating new electric drivetrain...." The new Skyactiv-X M hybrid engine, "Skyactiv-X burns petrol more efficiently thanks to our Spark Controlled Compression Ignition (SPCCI). It makes more power but produces fewer emissions and uses less fuel than a regular petrol engine for an even better drive without compromise. When you decelerate, the integrated starter motor generator produces electricity which is stored in a 24-volt battery and deployed as needed."
