Hi all, this is my first post. I have a 2016 Sportnav, which I love. Over lockdown noticed 2 cracks appearing at bottom of screen in each corner. Not happy as now just out of warranty! Dealer wants to charge £1153 plus VAT to replace.
surely it shouldn't be cracking, never had that on any other car. Mazda say I can get dealer to do a PDI, anyone else tried this, any joy?
Also rear seatbelt not retracting picked up on last mot but not repaired/replaced. Dealer mentioned they know it's an issue so why did they not replace, it's now out of warranty😡

 

Both the display screen and the seatbelt are known faults & documented in service bulletins.

I would hit up Mazda UK direct. Cry poor, cry brand loyalty.
