Default 2009 Bluetooth Pairing doesn't do anything?

Anybody have trouble pairing ANY phone with the in-car bluetooth? I press the voice button, say "setup" "pairing options" "pair" and the LED displays "Pair" and absolutely nothing happens. I've tried having the phone in visible mode, I've [perhaps unfortunately] deleted all my previously paired phones which don't seem to work anymore...

Anyone here know
1) where the bluetooth module and/or antenna are?
2) if there's a way to reset the bluetooth module
3) or if I'm just screwed and need to give the dealer a $500 offering?

Thanks in advance
