Just picked up an '08 GT; fully loaded, 21k miles for $26k. Was the finance manager's car. Nice car - wife loves it!

Question about remote start: I've tried many different methods to get this thing to remote start but can't figure it out. It did remote-start ONCE at the house, but I can't remember what I did. I asked the dealer about it today, but I think they're not completely sure how to do it either.

What are the specific steps to using the remote start?

Also, I noticed something with the rear climate controls: with heat selected, it only blows heat out of the foot vents. If I turn the dial to cold, it blows out of the upper vents. Is this normal, or should it also blow heat out of the upper vents as well? I know different manufacturers are different with the way the rear controls are set up....
