I have a check on the auto locking doors program, but they don’t always lock when I exit or walk away from vehicle.

 

I have found a couple of things. 1) box should be checked on your profile as well as guest profile. Facial recognition is quirky and you may not always be ”you” and the guest, or other profiles may not all have that box checked. 2) all doors and tailgate need to be closed while the key fob is in range of the vehicle. You should hear a beep when the last door is closed if the fob is in range. Then, the car locks when you walk away.
