Default Need switched +ve 12v wire in the engine compartment
I am adding a home made DRL system and I need to find an accessible +ve 12v wire in the engine compartment that is not live at all times. I need one that is live only when the ignition key is in the 'ON' position - I.e. engine running. My car is a base 2010 SV, 2.5l engine no options or accessories added.

Any suggestions, please?

Grab a test light & start testing fuses.
