Question Run a wire from Engine compartment to Driver's dash.

Is there an easy way to get a wire from the engine compartment, battery side (Driver side) to the driver's compartment for a new switch? 2018 Mazda CX-5

Yes. If you look under the dash there are several wire and parts boots that are on the fire wall going through to the engine compartment that you can use to push a new wire threw. Or use a small 2 foot cut of safety wire to thread through the boot on the firewall inside the car and then attach your new wire and carefully pull it through from the engine compartment. It will likely be behind the brake booster so look for it with a flash light. EASY!
