Mazda CX7 2010 Ticking Noise
So I'm looking at buying a Mazda CX7 2010 2.3L Turbo D - 210'000 km - $6000 AUD
Everything looked good, test drove it, turbo and transmission responsive although can hear quite a loud repetitive ticking noise coming more from the right side of the engine, any thoughts?

Sorry but sound videos are not conclusive and are most of the time like yours hard to determine bad or unusual sounds?
If you think there is is an abnormal sound and can't figure what the sound is then the obvious thought is to have the Mazda service checked before you purchase it.
To make my point about sound video's this is my personal; Mazda and is in perfect service in all aspects. yet the video would scare the hell out of some people. I just knew where to move the phone to the nosiest components and very close to them .
