There are no % value, only volumetric (g/l). PM_GEN is very high, but lower than 17g/l where manual says to replace the DPF.
REG_DIS suggests that automatic regeneration was not performed, question is why? What REG_FAIL_C says?
You said you performed forced regen,
REG_DIS should be zero km after that. Not sure about MZR engines, that is how regen works on SH-VPTS.
Did you perform regen according to manual (hood open, no electrical load, no A/C and no obstructions near tailpipe). 45 min seems somewhat low time, especially with this PM_GEN amount...
You can try forced regen multiple times, but i doubt it'll help. You should be careful, it's all at your own risk.

Anyway, i think it's beyond DIY. Many reasons for failed DPF can exist, starting with injectors, incorrect oil or oil dillution, etc.

This is the best advice from this member ^^^
His technical posting is good info keep in mind Mazda as well many other Auto platforms with diesel models from about 2015 to present even for experienced Auto Technicians require update training to be better suited for diagnosing many diesel models.
You may be a good DIY wrench but at this point pay a shop to at least diagnosis your problem then decide if you are willing to attempt the service yourself.

Thx so much. It says error

The car also had a P0045 fault due to a faulty connection on the turbo boost control valve. Thats been fixed and that code has gone. I assume thats why the dpf stopped regenerating as the turbos not been working and the previous owner has just been driving it around in limp mode . The engine oil is very black so i am thinking its best to change that before trying another forced regen. I am also going to get the Oil pick up filter cleaned out in the sump as i know thats a common problem. The manual regen was done with bonnet open, AC off lots of room behine car. The exhaust got very very hot. I only found out there is a oil quality reset in the service section, I only reset that that after the dpf forced regen, so maybe that's why its says error. But it did the whole cycle right up to 100% so i'm not sure why its says error

According to manual it should state the reason for stopped regen, forscan likely displays error because regen was actually completed or there is some other value (check out this thread on forscan forum https://forscan.org/forum/viewtopic.php?t=317&p=843). I suspect it is one of the limitations of non-OEM scanners and software. (Or it may be the mazda's way )
Don't know why the distance was not reset, can only speculate - may be they mean "sucsessful" regeneration when they write in the documentation this:
REG_DIS (Distance since last diesel particulate filter regeneration) - Km - Displays the distance travelled after diesel particulate filter regeneration.
I'm not sure.
Anyway, this DPF likely needs to be removed and cleaned or replaced after that distance traveled in limp mode without regen. Chances are previous driver didn't use right oil (low ash) either....

I tried another static regen and got lower figures, but still blocked. I'm taking into a specialist dpf garage today for their opinion. If necessay they will remove and clean the dpf, now the faulty turbo boot control plug wiring has heen fixed that caused the problem. I don't want to try anymore regens myself until after the oil and filter are changed and the sump filter is checked/cleaned. Still says error after 100% complete regen, read other thread and I guess it's because parameters not yet met to put out dpf and eml lights ? Levels still too high

Soot levels have fallen again after the 3rd manual regen. Does anyone know what levels it has to reach in order for the EML to go out so that the dpf can start to regen itself automatically whilst driving on a motorway. Thx

Success on 4th regen dpf is clear enough to turn lights off.
