If you went to a specialized transmission service facility and they pressure tested and run other diagnostic test (correctly) then thier assessment would be correct. If it were a random service shop then who knows how they determined the true condition of your transmission without dropping the pan and inspecting.
Yesterday i checked the oil level on 45 C temperature , it was above of max level , ok so i pulled 400 ml of trans oil and now its lower than what it should be but .... shudder is less by a lot , i mean by a lot i can feel big different while driving , ok it didn't goes away but per each cycle of driving i may feel it once or twice , and it getting easy to disengage the tcc by press by a little the accelerator , before i have to push more the accelerator and the car wobble before disengage. i will adjust the level again after receiving some lubgard products , seems it was oil pressure flow issue still no idea how to fix it completely but these two days better driving ,

if you got any more information to solve based on above please help us to solve this mystery , i got friend also who changed the torque converter by the dealer and still suffering from same

You must have been well (extremely) above the high mark (not full mark a misconception) in which case you were creating cavitation in the oil because of oil drag in the planetary gears and clutch packs???
