Default center off steering and pulling

hi I have 2007 cx7 turbo All wheel drive.in my car steering is off center even on a flat straight road and pulling to right side .also when breaking steering rotates towards right side itself. I did break service, changed lower control arms and tie rod in and out also allignment but still have same issues. can anyone have any idea and suggestions could help me out thank you.

Who did the wheel alignment? Sounds like they need to re do it properly.

the dealer did the allignment. I am worrying it's the allignment issue or any other steering issue.

You're overthinking it, have them redo the alignment.
