Default Cx 7 2006 with no the factory wires for the trailer light, options?

Hi there, I couldn't find the factory wires for to install the harness for the trailer light. Anyway, I were thinking to install a normal 7 flat pin female kit for the trailer (boat), but I couldn't find any information about how to do, as all the videos tall about to use the harness and connect it to the factory entry. Any help, I will appreciate. Cheers

From memory you need to use a trailer module to protect sensitive electronics.

Either behind the LHS or RHS boot interior 1/4 trims will be the factory connector to plug the genuine trailer wiring & module into.

I will do my best to find more info @ work tomorrow.

Mazda Australia still has stock, about $100 each.
