BlowBy - False Alarm?

BlowBy - False Alarm?
I was looking at a CX7 - I could feel definite blow-by at oil filler neck, but when I closed that and pulled out dip stick to check for blow by there, I felt nothing... What strangeness is this? I would expect blow back from both locations equally... engine seems to run fine - I did notice oil staining under Turbo area - I have heard of people getting blow-by from bad Turbos - anyone seen it on a 2.3L Turbo?
Could it be that the timing chain being located directly below the oil filler hole is causing lots of air and oil turbulence?
If someone has a healthy 2.3L Turbo - could you please check if you see similar behavior.. would really help, before I go down the path of compression tests etc.
