New CX-60 Worked beautifully for 100 miles!!!
I was excited to collect my brand new CX-60 from a dealer with only 17 miles on the clock.
Travelled back home, stopped to grab something only to find on my return two error messages,
1, Hybrid System Malfunction - Have the vehicle inspected.
2, Hybrid System - Electrical Leakage, Stop the vehicle is a safe location.
I was 10 miles from home, called Mazda assistance at 15:20, technician booked then promptly cancelled without telling me. Called again when I received a sms from the recovery company. Back and forth with Mazda, about 10 calls, car recovery attended at 19:45!
Dropped me home and they took the car, waited until 3pm the next day for Mazda to arrange a hire car.
First impression has been horrible, not sure if the issue with the car, no update from anyone.
Today is day 4, car is back with dealer, only delivered after 3 days. No update from anyone, I’ve been doing all the chasing. The dealer mentioned they are currently booking in work for January 2025, first slot available.
