I think he wants vehicle and VIN specific. So if you have to pay a "BUCK" it may be worth it?
The NTSB may have the information you want by entering the VIN.
If it is what a Mazda dealership is asking then really they are a business so if you are not yet a customer what's the issue to charge for a service?
